It sits alongside appointment confirmations - promotional lists, templates, and campaigns - when Marketing is enabled and WhatsApp Business is connected.
Start from CRM filters or a CSV import to build reusable lists. Draft promotional templates with an example library in English, Gujarati, or Hindi, preview them, and submit for Meta approval. Run campaigns with an approved template and a list - send now or schedule - then review per-recipient logs and respect opt-outs. Messaging capacity shows how many unique WhatsApp users you can reach in 24 hours before a large send. In India this is an optional ₹1,499/month add-on on any management tier; base plan prices stay unchanged. Customized module-based pricing is available on request.
