SalonAssist AI provides an AI-powered salon management and booking automation platform. This includes a cloud-based dashboard, online booking widgets, POS systems, and an AI Voice Receptionist capable of handling incoming calls and bookings automatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. SalonAssist AI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any harmful, discriminatory, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or our systems.
• Use the AI voice services for spamming, harassment, or unauthorized telemarketing.

5. Fees and Payments

While the base management software is provided for free, premium features like AI Voice Receptionist minutes are billed according to our pricing tiers. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis. We may change our pricing or billing methods at any time upon notice to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SalonAssist AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SalonAssist AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalonAssist AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
